Ch 13 Nonfiling spouse wants to file Ch 7
I have done a couple they go through fine. I list the Chapter 13 Plan
payment as one of the expenses and that zero's out the income for the
Chapter 7 Filing Spouse.

Ch 13 debtor is about 11 months from a discharge in his case. Nonfiling
spouse now wants to file Ch 7. I previously advised both to file together
but nonfiling spouse did not want to file at the time.
Any problems with filing a Ch 7 for her if there is no problem with the
means test?
