Also be very careful about what constitutes "gross annual income." the term more broadly than (I had) expected.

Dear List mates,
I have a 63 year old single woman who has a place worth $150,000 without any debt against it. She wants to discharge her credit card debts.000 gross income by years end. She made more I believe the prior year.
Does anyone know the following:
- During what time period is the $25,000 measured?
- Has the amount increased, or does it increase at some interval?
- Has anyone litigated this with a Chapter 7 Trustee?
(C)A person 55 years of age or older with a gross annual income of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or, if the judgment debtor is married, a gross annual income, including the gross annual income of the judgment debtors spouse, of not more than thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) and the sale is an involuntary sale..

I have a 63 year old single woman who has a place worth $150,000 without any debt against it. She wants to discharge her credit card debts. She is very low income, but this year she'll barely exceed $25,000 gross income by year's end. She made more I believe the prior year.
Does anyone know the following:
