Ch 11 DIP accounts
If the client goes an Orange County branch, they will either know how to
set up the DIP account at the branch or she can give them David Lara's
information and he can guide them. By the way, you will find that US Bank
has no problem giving the clients a debit card, while other banks do not --
I cannot recall which bank right now, but individual clients find not
getting a debit card very frustrating, among other things.

My client was in oc and Citibank opened the accounts with no problem.
