Survey - How long can pass before you have to update petition if it
1- In my experience, if a client comes to see me and we complete a
petition, but do not file the petition at the time it is completed, we will
need to update a lot of the petition before filing it. Would any of you
agree with that premise?
2 - In your opinion, if you give an initial consultation one day and one to
four years pass before the client retains you, is the information you were
given originally still reliable or relevant?
