Chapter 13 filed in bad faith

I am getting ready to take a nasty divorce to trial, and the other party has
filed a Chapter 13, taking all the community property into the BK court with
her. All the property on her schedules is the community property of my
client. I see bad faith, among other things. I was also told that the
first hearing on plan confirmation did not go so well.
There is tons of equity in the house, that should be sold and divided in the
dissolution, to cover the small amount of debt in the case.
Who can direct me to a BK motion to file to dismiss this nonsense? I am
open to any tactic.
Thanks!
