There is a form on the court's web-site for Authority, which includes
short-sale authority. Also if you have BestCase software the form is there.

Question: A motion for authority to enter into a loan mod; is this a self
drafted motion? Or do we use the authority to enter refinance on the
court's website?
I know we're not asking the court to approve the mod, just for authority
for the debtor to execute it. I need a little guidance here....and a
template if you have one.
Oh, and do I concurrently file the amended plan? or wait until court
approves first?
Thanks in advance for your input.
