If you file long form fee applications for ALL of your fees in Chapter 13 cases please forward them to me off list. I will work on creating a database for these fee apps. This is the main thing they want to see. We will reapproach the non-business no look once we have enough data.

I attended the Chapter 13 committee meeting today and it was announced
that the no look fee for business cases has been increased to $5,000.
There was no increase in the non-business no look fee.
The judges mentioned that they did not receive enough data to raise the
non-business case no look. If you file long form fee applications for
ALL of your fees in Chapter 13 cases please forward them to me off list.
I will work on creating a database for these fee apps. This is the main
thing they want to see. We will reapproach the non-business no look
once we have enough data.
In the meantime we can begin charging the $5,000 business case fee
immediately. There will be a more formal announcement coming soon.
