FRBP 2014 Examination
The only deadline is that there not be an adversary to conduct discovery. 21 days notice, usually the application is done without a hearing and lodged with order. Watch the meet and confer requirements as to date and time of examination.
If you are examine a third party, you may need a subpoena to go with it.
You should consider objecting to the plan, so interested parties know of your objections and that the 2004 exam is pending. Good luck.
