Chapter 7 Trustee Filing 707(b) Motion

It's very unusual since the Trustee has to pay for the prosecution
of the case with usually no ability to get paid for it from the estate.

I just read 11 U.S.C. 707(b) and it says a Chapter 7 Trustee, not just the UST, has the ability to file a Motion to Dismiss under the statute.
I am anticipating a Chapter 7 Trustee filing under 707(b), but have never experienced it nor heard of it happening in actual practice.
Question: Has anyone ever seen this happen before?
