State Bar moral character application and bankruptcy - any issues
I have a potential client who just took the CA state bar exam and has to
fill out his moral character application. He will need to list his Chapter
7 bankruptcy (presuming he files). Is a Chapter 7 considered any kind of
"moral character" issue for the CA Bar? It shouldn't be, but I'd want to
know if anyone has had an adverse experience nevertheless.
