Need sample Chapter 11 motion for 105 injunction against going after
Please post/email to me a sample 105 Motion for injunction in a Ch 11 to
keep creditors from pursuing non-filing individuals on their personal
guarantees. Business needs to file; principals don't have any assets except
the business (but do not want to file personally for reasons I don't want
to get into, but may eventually have to file).
