Yes, file your motion for approval of DS with the DS. The Judge has probably
already set a hearing date for you, but if not, call the calendar clerk to
get date/time. These hearings usually require more time than other matters,
so they tend to be specially set. I am not familiar with Form B12 - sounds
like a vitamin or something. You need to give notice to all creditors and
other parties in interest and, under the new local rules, include the Judge
on the proof of service.

Dear List:
I have to file a disclosure statement and plan by Monday and I'm very confused at the rules on the notice and hearing on the approval on the disclosure statement: I'm in the Central district
1) Am I supposed to file a motion for approval of the disclosure statement with the disclosure statement?
2) Am I supposed to file an ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING ON DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (Official Form B12) and do I serve beforehand or do I wait till the judge signs it and then serve it? Do I fill in my own dates using self-calendaring?
Your help would be appreciated,
Marc Weitz
