Newbie: Solo New Practioner Request for Sample Fee
For Chapter 13's, I use the RARA. What do you all think of that? I
figure why not -- it includes everything and I have to have it
anyways. I am sure there are reasons for NOT doing this though.
Here is my Chapter 7 agreement. The listed fee is not for everyone --
that is more for people who come to me with a failed business which
seems to be a lot of my clients.
I also include everything in my flat fee because I figure if I were
broke and someone told me the flat fee was X, plus $300, plus $40,
plus 19, plus blah blah...that would just be too depressing.

"Exactly."

Agreement
Being a newbie also: I am using the CEB Bovitz model fee agreement. The book
is no longer in print and you can find it at the UCLA law library. I am
curious what the veterans think of this move.
Thanks,

I have the 527(b) disclosure forms for my clients to sign, but I am in need
of a model fee agreement.
