They have to send out future notices if you are using the Addendum. If they don't they are in violation fo a confirmed plan. I would aslo object to the recapturing any prepetition escrow advances - should be in the POC

Is anyone else having this issue?
Countrywide has been mailing letters to Chapter 13 clients and the Trustee indicating their monthly payments have increased due to the imposition of an escrow account. However, when I called - Countrywide confirmed this amount is to recover for pre-petition advances (being cured through t he plan) as well as for post-petition taxes and insurance. Countrywide's representative told me they will not send out any other correspondences to the Trustee or debtor what the escrow withholding would be just for future obligations. Interested to know how others are dealing with this situation. Its causing panic with my client's when they get a letter that their mortgage payments have increased - in this one case - just under $1,000 per month.
