Debtor received a Debtor Education Certificate in October 2008 for a Chapter 7 she did not complete because of a death in the family. She has just recently filed a new 7. Can the October 2008 Education Certificate be used if it is reissued by the provider to show the new case number, and references the fact that the course was completed in October 2008?
