In Santa Barbara everything needs to be served and tabbed or sanctions will be issued.

they told us we didn't have to serve certain documents on the Judge in a
Chapter 13 (like all of the Declaration re Mortgage payments, etc.),
right? Does the Judge need a copy of the Petition and Plan served on them?
