I have a auto loan being paid outside the Plan and the lender filed a proof
of claim in my chapter 13 case.
Question: Do I need to object? If so, are the grounds simply that this is
not being paid in the plan?
Oh, and the 341 was today and Nancy Curry said the sweet words: "Consent
Calendar."
Thanks for your help.
