Subject: [cdcbaa] Requirements for practice in Central District
Hello!
I am reading local rules but am not sure this is the right place to look...
Does one have to be admitted in CALIFORNIA to act as counsel and file
a CLAIM for a creditor in CDCal?
Does one have to be admitted in CALIFORNIA to act as counsel and file
a MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY in CDCal?
IF the answer to either is YES...how do I use this? ("This" being the
fact that the attorney is NOT admitted in California -- not
"inactive", he's never been admitted at all). I have a few ideas but
would love input.

Awesome, thank you David.
I wasn't sure if those applied. Not sure why, I just figured WF wouldn't be
that dumb. I am forever shockable apparently, but at least that means I'm
not jaded, which I guess is good.
