Subject: [cdcbaa] In CDCA is a new means test required upon conversion to a
Chapter 7?
In my case it actually would be helpful considering that my debtor had not
had 3 paychecks during the means test period for the proposed conversion
month (but in the original filing she had a 3 paycheck month). Would debtor
have to pass under the original means test as well in order to convert?
Also, when you convert a case, I am assuming you don't have to refile all
new schedules, but rather just amend the ones that need amending?
