Closing Practice--Practical Advice
Thank God your wife had a new child. An old one would have been very difficult. Substitution into the case by an old Atty is the answer.

Hi Robert,
Congratulations on the birth of your child.
I suggest filing a substitution of attorney once you have found an attorney
willing to sub in and have obtained client consent.
I have subbed in on chapter 13s and would be happy to discuss it with you.
