Looking for a Motion To Allow Information Claim as Timely filed Claim in Chapter 7

Have a litigation friendwhoneeds to file a motion to havewhat they believe is an information claim to be deemed a formal/timely claim in a chapter 7. Bar Date has passed and Trustee won't stipulate to allow late filed claim. The issues which form the Proof of Claim have been argued in the context of several other motions in the bankruptcy case with the Debtor and Trustee present. It was this creditor that forced the filing.
Anyhelp is appreciated as I can't find a form in my files to help them.
