Why isn't this being produced in PDF? I would like a copy, and will make it available by File Transfer Protocol to anyone who wants a PDF of it. There is no limit on size for FTP transfers. I file 500 page motions (2 megs at a time). Not a big deal. Why doesn't everyone just line up at the meeting with their flash drives and get a copy? Paper? What's that?

I'm not sure how many copies, if any, I will have of the Bankruptcy
Reference Book for the meeting. I'm hoping to have at least 50 but
its 500 pages and I had to make changes to the cover and front page
two days ago. I will have more the following week.
The cdcbaa Board was concerned about the sales tax and affect on our
non-profit status so I have been instructed by the board to have the
checks made payable to me - not the cdcbaa - and then I will
contribute half the proceeds to the group.
Once we get copies, Jim will have bunches at his office which you can
pick up. I'm not sure how much shipping will cost for those who want
one sent to them but I will let you know as soon as I get a copy.
