When case ordered dismissed, do debtors still attend 341?
Amy,
Don't think first case will be reopened. Don't believe a judge can waive the 14 day rule, unless you get a nunc pro tunc order allowing the late skds.
Probably makes more sense to just file a second case. If Curry dec generates a bar, move to refile, fall on your sword, the judge should allow the second filing.

In my rush to be the first person to screw up the new deadlines for
filing, I screwed up the new deadlines for filing.
I filed a plan late and a couple weeks later, the case was dismissed
schedules. They were of course filed, but I guess if you are a day
late the case gets dismissed -- this was a first for me in three
years, argh!
I told my clients we did not have to attend the 341 (dismissal was 1-2
days before) but now Nancy Curry filed a declaration of
non-appearance. Should we have attended?
I am filing a motion to reopen today, but I just figured the 341 and
confirmation hearing would be rescheduled.
Also -- should my clients make payments?

"Exactly."
