Subject: [cdcbaa] joint filing for divorcing spouses
Mates- In Ch. 7 filing where both spouses are living separately and apart
and going through a divorce. Divorce is not yet finalized. Is it feasible to
have 1 means test for each spouse on a joint filing or does it make sense to
file 2 separate filings so that each spouse can have his or her own means
test?
