Status of Unrecorded of Judgment in Chapter 13

If a chapter 13 bankruptcy is filed after the entry of judgment in a civil
action but before the recording of an abstract of judgment, is the judgment
treated as an unsecured, liquidated debt in a chapter 13? Can the creditor
seek relief from stay to record an abstract of judgment and change the
nature of the debt in the chapter 13? Thank you.
