Dear Colleagues!
Please be informed that our 2 new Chapter 13 Judges in LA have been sworn in and have been empaneled.
>Judge Neil Bason is sitting in courtroom #1545 and effective November 7th, will be taking over all Chapter 13 cases from the Honorable Judge
Donovan. You must change the initials on these cases from "TD" to "NB". His Chapter 13 Trustee shall be Kathy Dockery. Judge Bason will be conducting Ch13 cf hrgs twice a month on Thursdays mornings.
>Judge Julia Brand is sitting in courtroom #1375 and effective November 7th, will be taking over all Chapter 13 cases from the Honorable Judge
Robles. You must change the initials on these cases from "ER" to "JB". Her Chapter 13 Trustee shall be Nancy Curry. Judge Brand will be conducting Ch13
cf hrgs twice a month, originally on Thursdays mornings and then in 2012 on Wednesday mornings.
