Reopening case for 522f
Steve, how did this work out and can you share your case no.? Thanks!
Also, if it's one judgment lien against TWO properties can I do it in one
motion or do I need two motions?

Hi Steve:
Last Motion to Reopen was to have a reaffirmation entered on the record.eclaration.
Once the case was reopened I filed the reaffirmation agreement.
Hope that helps.
Catherine.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Reopening case for 522f
Im reopening a case to strip off two abstracts of judgment. Its been awhile since the last one I did.
Can I file the Motion to Reopen and the 522(f) at the same time, or do I need to wait for the order reopening before I can file the 522(f)? Also, do I need the full 522(f) motion attached to the Motion to Reopen, or is just showing I have a good 522(f) enough?
Hope this is not too late on a Friday to get attention.
