Would it be appropriate to take a deduction for a PC on line 35 of the means test for a PC's contribution for room and board for their child who is away at college? Would it also be appropriate to include that child as a member of the household? The child had been living at home consistently until September and is counted as a dependent on the PC's tax returns and the family home is still the child's permanent home.
