Need to refi house after Chapter 13
After completing a Chapter 13 with a lien strip, my client is looking to
refi his house with 5% interest rate. His existing lender is not amiable,
as they just had their 2nd stripped away.
Which financial institutions are refinancing the newly completed discharged
BK clients, who now obviously are great credit risks, because they have no
debt.
