Death of debtor in Chapter 13 - son is conservator over person and estate

Hi all,
I just found out that my client passed away. She is 4 months shy of
completing her chapter 13 plan. Her son is conservator over her estate.
If the son finishes out the plan will I have to request an hardship
discharge since she is not alive to sign the Entry for Discharge, or will
her son be able to sign it for her?
