Ez-Filing and Wild Card Exemption
Jason:
You can create custom exemptions. Go to System then exemptions. I put in a
ccp 703.140(b)(1)&(5) and assigned the total of the two. You have to
update it yourself when the numbers change.

1. Am I correct that the full CCP 703.140(b)(5) amount
if there is no real estate claimed exempt is $23,250 (ie $22,075 under
(b)(1) plus $1,175 under (b)(5))?
2. Are all the EZ Filing users getting the same error, where the wild
card no real estate exemption is $21,825?
I have complained to them about it, without any fix.
Happy Holidays to all.
