Section 17200 dischargable?

Some 17200 claims are based on fraud. If so, a judgment might be adjudged
nondischargeable under some subsection of 523 by a Bankruptcy Court, too.

A 17200 cause of action is a claim. You can take it from there. Debtor was a corporation so 523 was not involved.
