The e-mails you sent them were returned because their "reply-to"
address is not a real address. You have to send again to the main
support e-mail address and pray it gets routed to the same person
who sent you the query to begin with

To make matters worse, your e-mails probably were not received by them. I sent
them two that were returned, so I spoke with them instead by phone.
I have been told by extremely knowledgeable persons at sophisticated techcompanies that the ECF system is poor, and that their tech folks are lacking.
For instance, in 2011, they still are writing programs that really only work
for the PC, ignoring the large number of MACs and other platforms that arewidely used. Ever since the last upgrade, we have not been able to open
documents directly from the daily reports, or at all using Safari, which is a
widely used browser. I am told that they could have written the upgrade so this
would not happen, but did not want to spend the money.
Anyway, it seems that if enough of us complain as to the current situation, they
may stop blaming our providers (e.g., AT&T) and look to their system.

I've e-mailed them and they asked me who my e-mail provider was. I
responded that I get the report sent to two separate e-mail addresses, and
gave them the information, but have not heard back. They're doing the
normal routine of trying to find fault everywhere but on their end first. It's the same thing when you call customer service in India for
your computer when you know there's a system outage and they want you to
reboot your computer 20 times and check your cable connections, etc.
