First of all, there's at least some chance it will be back up before
your deadline. But, as Dennis is fond of pointing out, the
bankruptcy court is "always open." I don't know of a specific
emergency number, but I would try calling Chief Judge Carroll's
chambers and leaving a message that you need to file. I would also
call the clerk of court and leave a message on her voicemail with a
similar explanation.
