Debtor In Possession Financing. . . . . .
Hello Listmates: Does anyone have some names and phone numbers where
I can find some debtor in possession financing? Its for a chapter 11
case where the guy owns property where he rents to a car was company.
The rents are tired to income of car wash and the loan against
property is a 5 year loan with ballon. We are looking for a company
that might offer a more conventional real estate loan to the owner of
the property so that way the car wash can have a fixed rate of pay for
rents to cover that mortgage. Anyone?
