Follow up on 522(f) orders
I usually record certified copies of bankruptcy orders.

Don't think the county will accept a non-certified copy for recording.

I think you're supposed to get the order certified by the court and then
file that in the county land records. However, it may be that you just
file a non-certified copy in the land records and keep the certified
copy for later if it is requested by title at a refinancing or sale.
