Random Claim in my Chapter 13

As my Chapter 13 is sailing towards confirmation, I have received a claim
from the County of Orange for real property taxes. I call my client and tell
him how we talked specifically about staying current on things associated
with the house, and why didnt he pay his property taxes!
He assures me he did. After a careful review of the County of Orange claim,
I realize it is not for 2018-2019 real property taxes (which are in fact
paid), but for Est 2019 taxes. In other words, the claim is for taxes
that are not yet billed and for the ownership period which wont start until
July 2019 (real property taxes are for July 1 June 30 for any given year).
Filing date of the Chapter 13 is January 2019.
So am I right that this claim is incorrect? Or am I missing some nuanced
aspect of the bankruptcy code.
And thank you all for all the years of help and mentoring, both public and
private, that has gotten to where I can be a confident advocate for my
clients.
