Post petition loan mods in Chapter 13
We recently learned that EC will not approve loan mods in Chapter 13.
She only approves entering into negotiations for same. I know she's
going off rotation so it may not matter for an unfiled case, but just
thought I'd put that out there.
It sounds iffy to me.
