Reaffirm a Second Mortgage if unsecured?

DO NOT REAFFIRM! No reason to put the client back on the hook for the second.

Client has files a no asset Ch 7. Client's home value is less than the first mortgage. The holder of the second mortgage has asked the client to reaffirm the second. What are the pros and cons of choosing to not reaffirm the second?
