Dear List mates,
A couple of weeks ago I posted a response to Steven Lever's question about a private employer's discrimination against his client. I discussed the case law (or lack thereof) on 11 U.S.C. 525(b). This email provides an update.
Last month the Fifth Circuit handed down a decision in In the Matter of Burnett, (5th Cir. 2011) (available at http://scholar.google.com/scholar_case
