I do a motion to value. Then if it is a rental property the value is
established. If it is a residence the value is established as to the 2nd.

Mark: I haven't seen or thought of a LAM motion in a Chapter 11, but thatdoesn't mean it isn't out there or possible. Hopefully the others can share
their experiences on this.
