If the parents' trust is revocable, most are, then the beneficiaries have no
vested interest.
In my trust practice I have had some concerned parents change their trust to
set up a spendthrift trust for beneficiaries with debt problems, even there
the beneficiaries have no vested interest until the parent(s) dies.

If the debtor, along with siblings, is a beneficiary of his parents'
trust, and the trust holds the parents' house free and clear, and
parents are in good health, will CH 7 trustee seek to sell debtor's
future interest in the trust? How does this work?
