Chapter 11 Referral
Hi Giovanni!
The girls at the office do not allow me to say Cathy Cohen's name. They still
give me a hard time for taking her case!
If I have a client come in who needs a Chapter 11, I will definitely refer them
to you!

I think that would be a valuable resource. I would participate. And
personally, (not as an officer of the Bankruptcy Committee) I don't think
there would be any conflict with LACBA or FLC or LABF, individual Chapter
11's, especially if they don't involve multiple or large real estate
projects, are an underserved and understudied area, where CDCBAA could
really help.
