Dear fellow CDCBAA members:
The chapter 13 case was opened last week, and this morning my client
notified me that they got the offer from the mortgage company to allow them
to start a trial payment period for a permanent loan modification. If my
client wants to do this, does the Motion to Approve Trial Loan Modification
Agreement have to be approved prior to the client accepting the offer, or
is this done in conjunction, making the agreement without effect until the
court approves? The lender has given my client until the end of September
to respond.
Thanks,
Will Ha
