And be aware that it costs $150 to file. I filed one today, and got
surprised.

Listmates,
I have a client who has filed two voluntary invividual pro se filings within the last year that were dismissed because of failure to complete the schedules.
We have filed a case on her behalf but need to file a motion to impose the automatic stay. Does anyone have a copy of such a motion they are willing to share?
Alternatively, have any of you attempted to get a signd waiver from the creditors, in our case the mortgage lender, in a similar situation?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
