Opposition to RFS - RESPA Request.

If you have a legitimate dispute (which you can almost always have) then
a QWR under RESPA is definitely something you can do, and something we
have done. But, you need to make sure you can articulate to the judge
what the dispute is and why you have one. Dennis is right, if it is
apparent that you are only doing this for delay you're asking for
trouble.

SFV Ch 7 case. RFS filed by Deutsche Bank, no equity in property, debtors not current, debtors negotiating their own loan modification. Anyone submitting RESPA requests on these and demanding evidentiary hearings or filing an adversary to stop the RFS?
