Cameron, that information is gathered by the Office of the U.S. Trustee, but
is not generally available and considered somewhat proprietary. That having
been said, the range is $250 - $1,000/hour.

It's not about your hourly rate. It's about your experience and ability to handle a Chapter 11 case, whether an individual, single asset or small business. There are different requirements for each type of case. If you don't have the experience, it may not matter what you charge hourly because most of the Judges in this District are now carefully looking at the qualifications set forth in the Employment Applications. HandlingChapter 7 cases, adversary actions or Chapter 13 debtor cases, with all due respect, do not qualify one to handle a chapter 11 case. Frankly, you're asking for a malpractice claim against your or a referral by the Bankruptcy Judge to the disciplinary panel. If you don't have Chapter 11 experience, either associate in counsel or refer it out to someone else who has the experience. In the long run, you are going to be much better off.
Andy
P.S. I've handled Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases for 25 years. I do NO Chapter 13 debtor work. I give this work to my friendswho are experienced and who will provide competent representation to the client.
