I have not heard that, and that would be a disturbing development. On a related note, I just had a Motion for Redemption approved as to Wachovia Dealer Services, and they didn't file an Opposition or call me to negoatiate the valuation, even though we proposed a fairly low valuation.

Has anyone seen Wachovia Dealer Services picking up cars where no
reaffirmation was entered into during the bankruptcy?
It appears this may be their new policy.
