The answer depends on whether there are conflicts of interest with respect
to their goals in the Chapter 7 case.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Effect of joint debtor filing divorce against joint debtor
while C7 case pending
H&W filed a joint C7. After filing but before discharge W files for
divorce. What is the effect of this, if any, on the bk case? Also, do I
need to withdraw as the attorney of record for either party in the bk case?
