AP filed in 13 now converted to 7
Adv is prop of estate which passes to C7 Trustee unless exempt. Sounds like
a default prove-up is all that is needed.

Potential client coming in Monday and I am not sure about this. Need guidance from pros. Debtor filed 13 in May 07. In July Debtor filed AP vs someone claiming some right to debtor's residence (as far as I can tell from the pleadings, it's some sort of fraudulent deed recorded). No answer was filed on the AP. In Nov, debtor converts to 7.
(1) What happens with the AP?
(2) Can debtor convert back to 13? That's what he wants. I'll see when he comes in if that's even feasible. He is facing foreclosure.
Thanks.
